"E.B.A.", which stands for "Eclectic Basement Abnormalities", was recorded live in my basement on May 6, 2006 with Gary Bierman on bass ("Gary" of "Gary & Anthony"), Oliver Hill on violin and David Maine on drums—Oliver and David comprising "Quakers United"—in addition to me on guitar, harmonica and lead vocals. "E.B.A." features six original songs, including "You Know I Would" and "Being Human". We had a lot of fun making this recording. It started as a jam session that led to a piece of work that we could be proud of. We tried to add little pieces here and there to give the listener the full recording experience, including jams, outtakes, and other surprises—sorta like a "basement tapes" thing.
